We were fighting the jinks today 2 non starters with mechanicals one on a new bike, 1 broken car key 2 late starts and 3 non finisher taking the wrong turn at Dunston. That should be enough bad luck for a season

Despite a good wind from the south it was a much better day than last week so there were 3 new PB’s this time

Women’s fast early season 10

Stafford Road Club and Born to Bikes Racing Team have decided to host a new event this year on the super fast A10/19 south of Derby.

 

We are hosting two separate events (women’s and men’s) to ensure the winner of the women’s event gets due recognition when results are posted nationally.

 

Entry fee is just £8 and been run on behalf of the BDCA as a non profit making event, there will be a very attractive prize list up for grabs on the day.

So we have a maximum field of 120 women and 120 men on the day, so no trouble ladies securing a place.

 

Hope to see you on the 16th for what is set to be a fabulous early season fast 10 miler and I am sure provide lots of pb’s for riders who in the past have not been lucky enough to got a ride on a quick course before :banana:
