Stafford Road Club’s first big event of the season

On Saturday 16 April 2pm Stafford RC is to host a new prestigious event one of the country’s best 10 mile TT courses.   I need 7 volunteers to host this event and so far there is only me available!

So please let me know if you are able to help out, it will be a great afternoons racing and you will get to see some of the fastest men and women currently racing in the UK, plus of course free tea  and cakes for all our helpers.

For those  road racers in the club this is also your opportunity to help out like we ‘testers’ do each year for your RR, nudge nudge wink wink.  Also for all our riders who wish to take part in any of our club competitions this year, this will count for one of your minimum of two events you need to help out at to be eligible for the competitions.

For the TT riders in the club I hope you will choose to ride, there is a preference to club riders, so do not worry if you’re not superfast, you will definitely get a ride, and I promise you,  you will go faster than ever before on this course compared with our local K courses.  Entries close on Tuesday 5 April so not long left, so best get a move on.   LINK to Entries
