Stafford Road Club Christmas Party

We would like to invite you, your family and friends to join us for our annual celebration which is planned for Friday 18^th November where you will enjoy a hot buffet, disco, awards presentation and merriment (subsidised bar!).  We have brought the date forward this years to avoid clashes with other Christmas events.

Tickets cost £10/person (£5 for under 18, under 6 are free) and the evenings fun will begin at 7pm at Perkins Sports and Leisure Club, Tixall Rd, Stafford ST16 3UB.  Please reply to christmasparty@staffordrc.org  to confirm the number of places you would like to book and send your payment direct to Stafford RC via its online banking.

In addition to the sports awards we like to make recognition of some of our members’ achievements throughout the year and I am now looking for suggestions from you who you think might be deserving of one of these prestigious awards.  For those of you who have attended these parties before you will know that some of these awards are sometimes very light hearted, we have had the soggiest chamois, best come back since Lance Armstrong, Saturday Broom Wagon to name but a few.  So please put your thinking caps on and send your suggestions in now.

To help us plan for the event can you please confirm the number in your party who will be attending as soon as possible.  Payment needs to be received by 1 November deadline but happy for you to confirm numbers now and pay near the deadline.  Please also let us know if you have any special dietary needs.  There is plenty of parking at the venue and Perkins are happy for you to leave your cars on site overnight if you fancy a ‘drink’.
