Turbo classes start again this week

Stafford Road Club’s turbo session will begin again this week on Thursday 31 Oct at Stafford Rugby Club.  The club opens at 19:00 and the classes begin at 19:30 so please arrive early to allow you time to get your equipment into the club and set up ready for the 19:30 start.

 The cost is £2 per rider which is paid directly to the rugby club on the night.  Stafford RC makes no income from these classes.

 The programme of classes will take riders through a structured winter training programme and prepare them for the 2014 season of club rides, sportives and racing events.  The classes cater for all abilities and provide riders with a safe warm environment to train through the winter and for a bit of a social too.  The classes are open to all and not just Stafford RC members but as space is limited to about 22 bikes, preference would be given to SRC members, but we have in the past rarely exceeded 16 bikes so hopefully we can accommodate everyone who turns up.
