I just don’t have the time to get my training in !
Came across this the other day and thought I would share it with you.
So when you are looking back at your season and thinking of next year this is one excuse you no longer have

I just don’t have the time. Well there are 168 hours in a week, so if you work for 40 of those it still leaves 128 hours. Perhaps sleep 9hrs a night, so 63 hours a week which leaves 65 hours. If you eat for a total of 2hrs a day then 14 hours which leaves 51 hours, shower, bath, washing, toilet and hour a day so we now have 54 hours. Commute 2hrs a day which gives 14hrs so we are now down to 40hrs spare. Socialise, play with the kids, argue with the wife maybe 3hrs a day tops so we now have 19 hours spare. Can’t think of much else but if you watch telly an hour each day then you still have 12hrs a week to train and if you didn’t watch telly as all you would have 19hrs or more. So no excuses about not having time in future please, it’s another mistake! Ref Peter Read (ABBC Senior Coach)
