21 week cycling specific coaching programme – places now available.

Stafford RC is promoting a winter training programme designed and run by ASCoaching. These evening classes are open to all, not just SRC members, and are ideal for novice riders as well as those with a little more experience.  So whatever your cycling discipline or current fitness level these classes will provide you with an excellent progressive training programme to take you into the 2018 season.  They will also provide the opportunity to meet and network with other locally based male and female cyclists and bring a more social side to your training.

The classes are held at Stafford Rugby Club (ST16 1BG) on a Thursday evening between 7:30 and 8:45 and will begin on the 19 October, doors open for 7:00pm.  It will be possible for riders to start after this date but please first check for space availability via turbo@staffordrc.org

The cost of the classes is a £40 one off payment for the 21 week programme where you will receive professional structured training and guidance from a qualified coach @ascoaching.  All profits from the classes will be used to purchase equipment and promote more cycling events by Stafford RC.   Riders attending the classes will need to bring with them their own bike and turbo/rollers for the classes.  Stafford RC has bought some turbo’s that can be made available for anyone wishing to attend the classes who do not have their own but please contact first to ensure one is available for you.

Further information about the classes, timings and suggestions on equipment riders may wish to bring can be found here http://www.staffordrc.org/rides-events/training-rides/www.staffordrc.org

We look forward to meeting you this winter for another constructive winter’s training in warm dry surroundings.  For more info please contact turbo@staffordrc.org or for any direct coaching enquiries to ascoaching@outlook.com
