The event is ‘open to all’ and this year riders have a choice of 2 routes. There is a 50 mile and 63 mile route on roads that will take riders through some of the most beautiful countryside in our region.
The road routes will take riders out over Cannock Chase and through Abbots Bromley. There riders will have a choice of heading north toward Uttoxeter before turning for Stafford (50 miles), or continuing up into the Staffordshire Moorlands (63 miles) for some seriously steep and challenging climbs.
This year we are helping to raise funds for Shropshire, Staffordshire and Cheshire Blood Bikes. This is a local charity which provides an invaluable service and is supported by one of our members Roger Morris. You can find out more about them at https://shropshireandstaffordshirebloodbikes.wordpress.com/
