New Year’s Day Time Trial @ Pottal Pool Roundabout
Jan 1 @ 10:30 am

Come and join us for our annual season opening event on the K7/5.

This years event will include a prize competition for “guess your time” where riders will predict their finishing time and the closest actual time to their estimated finish time will be the winner.

Riders taking part will not obviously be allowed have their bike computer on display.

As always fancy dress is optional but always makes the event a more fun and enjoyable day for riders and spectators.

So let’s start your New Year as you mean to go on – get out on your bike and enjoy yourself!

Start time is 11:00am with signing on from 10:30 at Pottal Pool roundabout on New Years Day!

Cost per rider is
£3.00 for SRC and WRCC
£4.00 for all others

Here is a link to the course details for those who are not familiar with the K7/5. http://www.staffordrc.org/rides-events/2016-time-trials/course-maps-2/

IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION

Please remember riders and spectators should not to park at the finish by the Moat House farm as we have in the past received complaints. So, to ensure we do not lose the support of our local neighbours and possibly jeopardise the future use of the course can we ask that no motor vehicles are parked at the finish. If you wish to park your vehicles near the finish there is a layby about 500m past the finish with ample parking space.

Time keepers will stand on the grass verge opposite the finish area where riders and spectators are asked to gather keeping the entrance to the Moat House farm clear at all times.

Thank you in advance for your support with the above and helping us maintain good relations with our neighbours and promote safe cycling events on all our courses for many years to come.
